Ooi Ley Ching is the Financial Controller of the Group, overseeing the accounting and financial functions. 

She began her career in 2003 in the audit field with HB Tiong & Partners and subsequently GW Soon & Partners, where she was involved in audit and tax assignments. 

In 2007, she joined Daxon Technology Sdn Bhd as an Accountant. In 2009, she joined Amlex Technology Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Amlex Holdings Berhad (a company listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities in 2018), and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2011, overseeing the finance function. She later joined Southern Steel Berhad and Ken Prima Cosmeceuticals Sdn Bhd, before returning to Amlex Technology Sdn Bhd as Financial Controller in 2016. 

She was involved in the listing exercise of Amlex Holdings Berhad on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities and moved to Amlex Holdings Berhad as Financial Controller in 2020. 

She left Amlex Holdings Berhad in 2021 and subsequently established her own business principally providing accounting services and arranging financing, which has since ceased operations. She joined the Group as Financial Controller in October 2021 and was involved in the Group’s ACE Market listing in 2023 and the subsequent Main Market transfer exercise in 2025. 

She holds a Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) with Merit from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom in 2005. She has been a member of ACCA and MIA since 2011 and completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INTI International University in June 2026 session. 

She is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Cnergenz Berhad, where she chairs the Audit and Risk Management Committee and serves on the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. 

She was appointed as a Independent Non-Executive Director of Ancile Tech Berhad on 28 July 2026.
