Datuk Ir. Tan Si Lim, is our Executive Director/ Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed on the Board on 26 August 2022. 

He graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honours in 2001 and obtained a Master of Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. He is a Member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia since 2007. He was admitted and registered as a Professional Engineer of the Board of Engineers Malaysia in 2007 and was subsequently made a Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (Mechanical) in 2016. He was registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer in 2021. 

He began his career in 2001 with a company principally involved in the data center facility solutions , as a Service Engineer at its Kuala Lumpur head office. In 2002, he was transferred to its newly established Pulau Pinang office as a Customer Engineer, where he was involved in cooling and power-related services until his departure in 2005. In 2005, he joined a company which providing a Total Facility Solution for Customers’ Mission-Critical Environment as an Operation Manager, overseeing its data centres, cooling and power-related services in the Penang branch office. He then became a shareholder and director of that company in 2011, focusing on business development, sales, marketing and maintenance services, before his departure in 2014. 

In 2013, he and Ir. Chow Chin Seang completed the acquisition of Success Facility Management Sdn Bhd, now known as Critical Engineering Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (CES), a subsidiary of the Group, marking the beginning of their involvement in the Group. 

During the financial year under review, he attended all five (5) Board meetings held.
