Chin Ching Yee is our Head of Administration. She is responsible for coordinating office operations, supporting the CEO and management, liaising across departments and facilitating the effective implementation of administrative and operational matters 

Ms. Chin is a pioneer employee who has been with our Group since its early establishment of Critical Engineering Solutions Sdn. Bhd. She joined our Group as an Admin Executive in 2013 and subsequently promoted to PA to CEO cum Assistant Procurement Manager. She was promoted to Head of Administration in August 2026. Over the years, her responsibilities have progressively expanded beyond routine administrative duties. Her long tenure provides her with significant institutional knowledge and a strong understanding of our Group’s operations, management practices, internal processes and organisational requirements. 

She began her career in year 1998 as admin assistant in FES System Sdn Bhd and subsequently she joined Pan Kinetics Sdn Bhd, a company principally involved in the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment as an Administrative Executive in year 2006 to 2012 prior to joining our Group.
