Yang Chee Wan is the General Manager (Design and Engineering). He is responsible for design, value engineering and project-management activities. 

He began his career in 2005 as a Software Engineer with Beach Software Solution Sdn. Bhd., before joining MCSB Systems (PG) Sdn. Bhd. in 2006 as a Software Support Specialist. 

In 2007, he joined Perfect Cooling Factor Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as a Project Engineer, where he managed projects involving air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. In September 2009, he joined Success M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as an Operations Manager and was responsible for project delivery and the company’s overall operations until 2011. 

From 2011 to 2014, he served as a Service Engineer with Pan Kinetics Sdn. Bhd., overseeing maintenance and service-engineering works for critical facilities. He joined the Group in 2014 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2017, with responsibility for managing the Group’s MEP engineering solutions. 

In early 2019, he joined Pen Konsult Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Engineer, where he was responsible for verifying the constructability of engineering design proposals at project sites. He rejoined the Group in 2021 as General Manager (Design and Engineering). 

Yang Chee Wan graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2005.
